Lawsuit Alleges Riley Keough as the Biological Mother of John Travolta’s Son

A recent legal case claims that Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta’s son, a result of her donating eggs to Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston. The lawsuit comes from two ex-business associates of Priscilla Presley.

Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta’s son, lawsuit claims

The lawsuit, involving two of Priscilla Presley’s past business collaborators, argues that Keough received payment in exchange for donating her eggs to Travolta and his late spouse, Kelly Preston.

The lawsuit claims that Ben Travolta’s true parentage was revealed to Brigitte Kruse, a previous business associate of Presley, by Michael Lockwood, the former husband of Lisa Marie Presley, Priscilla’s late daughter.

The filing suggests that Lockwood disclosed that Keough was compensated with an amount ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 for her egg donation to Preston.

The groundbreaking lawsuit now alleges that Riley Keough is the biological mother of Travolta’s youngest son.

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, two of Priscilla Presley’s past business collaborators, are currently embroiled in a legal dispute with Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, over an alleged contract violation. In this fresh filing, which has been examined by us, Kruse claims that Michael Lockwood — Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband — confided in her that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, sought the Presleys for an egg donation around 2010.

The lawsuit alleges that Lockwood claimed that the couple had previously utilized Lisa Marie’s eggs for conception. However, it does not specify whether any such pregnancy was successful. The filing also mentions Lockwood’s claim that the couple ceased wanting to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they didn’t want ‘heroin-infected’ eggs. (Lisa Marie had openly admitted to her opioid addiction before her death in 2023.)

Riley Keough and John Travolta

According to allegations, Travolta and Preston ‘arranged a deal’ where Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s then 20-year-old daughter, ‘donated her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta,’ who was born in 2010.

The attorney for Kruse and Fialko, Jordan Matthews, issued a statement regarding the revised complaint. He said, ‘This updated complaint is aimed at revealing the truth, rectifying the record, and providing evidence of the sincere efforts made to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite their constant turmoil. Ms. Kruse and Mr. Fialko remain confident that truth will emerge victorious and trust that the courts will not favor one party over another simply due to their celebrity status.’

Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, responded to the filing with a statement. ‘Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their collaborators have shown that they will stoop to any level and cross any ethical boundary in their attempts to inflict further pain on Priscilla Presley and her family,’ he said. ‘Kruse and her collaborators have even sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant in an entirely inappropriate effort to put undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful allegations.’

Singer continued, ‘The recent scandalous accusations have absolutely no relation to the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko and their new lawyers (now on their fourth set of attorneys) is disgraceful, and it will certainly be addressed in court.’

Representatives for Travolta, Keough, and Lockwood have yet to respond to requests for comment.

The lawsuit brought forth by Kruse and Fialko also alleges that Lockwood claimed Keough was recompensed with a sum between $10,000 and $20,000, as well as ‘an old Jaguar.’

The filing further alleges that following Lisa Marie Presley’s death in 2023, Lockwood intended to leverage his knowledge of Ben Travolta’s supposed secret parentage to ‘arrange a settlement for him and his daughters,’ Harper and Finley, who he shared with Lisa Marie in 2008.

Ben Travolta and John Travolta

Neither Travolta, Keough, nor Lockwood is a defendant in the lawsuit. The alleged incident involving Lockwood is used by Kruse and Fialko as an example of their roles as ‘both negotiators and mediators’ among the Presley family following Lisa Marie’s death.

Three children were born to Travolta and Preston: Jett, born in 1992 and passed away in 2009; Ella, born in 2000; and Ben.

Following the premature death of Jett, Lisa Marie Presley wrote a blog post in defense of Travolta and Preston, describing them as her ‘very good friends’ and ‘the nicest people in the world,’ according to an article from Huffington Post at that time.

Upon Lisa Marie Presley’s death, Travolta expressed his grief. ‘Lisa baby girl, I’m so sorry,’ he posted on Instagram. ‘I’ll miss you but I know I’ll see you again. My love and heart goes out to Riley, Priscilla, Harper and Finley.’
