Gemma Collins Stuns Fans With “Totally Different” Look in New Photo
Gemma Collins is embracing life to the fullest — and sharing it with the world.
The reality TV star, known for her outspoken personality and curvy confidence, recently enjoyed a glamorous night out in London with her fiancé, Rami Hawash, and the energetic twin duo John and Edward Grimes, aka Jedward. The group dined at Novikov Restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 22, and Collins captured the occasion with a radiant group selfie for social media.
“Lovely evening @novikovrestaurant you can imagine the topic of conversation… 🤍 @jepicpics my twins always bringing the laughs 🤍,” she captioned the post.
But it wasn’t the celebrity company or the swanky location that sparked attention — it was Collins’ striking appearance.
Fans and social media users quickly noticed what appeared to be a dramatically changed look in the photo, sparking a flurry of comments.
“Who is that 😂,” one wrote. Another added, “Wow Gemma looks totally different.” Some offered playful warnings: “Looking amazing 🔥 plz don’t do a Katie Price,” referencing the UK star
known for dramatic cosmetic transformations.

Not all reactions were critical. Many fans praised her new look: “Omg Gemma you have never looked so good. Wow! ❤️,” one admirer commented.
While filters and lighting may have amplified the change, Collins’ real transformation comes from a deeper journey. Diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome at 28, she once weighed over 23 stone (approximately 322 pounds) and wore a size 26.
In November 2024, Collins began a weight-loss journey with NHS-approved Mounjaro injections, which she credits with helping her shed more than three stone by October 2025. But for Collins, the process wasn’t just about appearance — it was about freedom from constant thoughts about food.
“For me, taking the jab is more about helping me not to fixate on food,” she explained. “I actually only eat once a day now and don’t snack. I used to fascinate about food all day, but now it’s not a major player in my life anymore.”

Despite her weight loss, Collins is clear that she’s not chasing a “skinny” ideal. “I’ve become successful being who I am, and I’m not going to change that for anyone. God’s made me as I am, and now I just embrace my natural body size. I love my hips. I love my curves. I’m never going to be thin and I’ve made peace with that. Everyone needs to accept it.”
Collins’ new photo isn’t just a selfie — it’s a testament to her journey of self-love, confidence, and empowerment.
