Demi was actively involved in the process as well and recounted meeting Piccioli shortly after he debuted his first couture collection for Balenciaga. ‘The day after his collection launch, he spent four hours with us,’ Demi said. ‘I think he would have stayed all day if he could.’

Tallulah vividly recalled the original inspiration: ‘It was a stunning black sheath, very simple, but with that beautifully sculptural Balenciaga neckline.’
